RETURN POLICY

Repair/Replacement of Products During the Warranty Period.

All returns must be approved by Seller in writing prior to return by Purchaser and comply with Seller's Warranty conditions. All claims for warranty repairs or replacement must be made in accordance with the specific Seller policy for warranty claims which is in effect at the time the warranty claim is made. In all cases, every product return will require prior authorization from Seller which will be in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) that can be obtained by contacting our Support Department. Upon Purchasers receipt of the RMA number, the product must be returned to: Reese Outdoor Products (Seller), 13034 E.77th Ct. N., Owasso, OK 74055, or to any other address provided by Seller at the time the RMA number is issued. The RMA number must be referenced on the address label and printed prominently on every side of the package or the package may be refused. Also, proof of purchase and the RMA number MUST be included in the package containing the products to be returned. Once issued, an RMA number is valid for the next 30 days only including the date of issuance unless specifically extended by Seller in its sole discretion. Any return packages which do not arrive at Seller's facility within the 30 day period of time the RMA number is effective, will not be accepted by Seller. All return shipping costs, customs or duty fees, and insurance costs will be the Purchasers responsibility. Seller recommends returning the package via a common carrier with tracking capabilities (such as UPS or Federal Express), insuring the product to be returned as the risk of loss remains on the Purchaser until the package is accepted by Seller at Seller's facility, and complying with all of the Purchasers particular countrys customs, export and import laws prior to returning the product. Seller is not responsible for loss or damage during transit of the return product, nor for product losses or costs imposed on Purchaser due to the export or import laws of any foreign countries. Upon receipt of an approved warranty return, Seller will endeavor to ship a replacement product within 15 days, depending upon inventory levels and other factors. If the exact product returned is no longer available through Seller, Seller will forward the most similar product then available. The cost of shipping a replacement product will be borne by Seller. Products returned to Seller for warranty replacement become the sole property of Seller.

10 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Seller will issue the 10 Day Money Back refund only in accordance with the following procedures. Refund requests will only be considered within 10 days from the date of purchase including the actual date of purchase and will be issued only for products purchased directly from Seller. If you purchased the product from a reseller of our products, there is no 10 Day Money Back refund authorized. Please contact that entity for applicable refund information. Any refunds granted will be in the amount of the original purchase price plus applicable sales taxes. Unfortunately, Seller's original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Under the 10 Day Money Back Guarantee, all products returned to Seller for a refund must be unused, arrive in new condition, be returned in the original packaging, and be accompanied by all accessories, ropes, manuals, etc., which were originally shipped with the tent or similar product.

ALL requests for refunds will require a prior payment to Seller via credit card or other suitable form, in the amount of the original shipping and handling charge or $20.00, whichever is greater to cover shipping and handling charges of returning the product to the Purchaser in case the product is deemed not acceptable for a refund. If the product is accepted for a refund, this charge will be returned to the Purchaser in its entirety as part of the refund.

I, ___________________________________, the Purchaser, by my signature or electronic acknowledgment, hereby acknowledge reading and understanding the 10 Day Money Back Guaranty and Refund policies set forth above and agree to be bound by the terms thereof.

Discretionary Refunds.

Seller will issue refunds under certain circumstances and only in accordance with the following procedures. Refund requests will only be considered within 30 days from the date of purchase including the actual date of purchase and will be issued only for products purchased directly from Seller. If you purchased the product from a reseller of our products, please contact that entity for applicable refund information. Any refunds granted will be in the amount of the original purchase price plus applicable sales taxes less a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price. Unfortunately, Seller's original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All products returned to Seller for a refund must be unused, arrive in new condition, be returned in the original packaging, and be accompanied by all accessories, ropes, manuals, etc., which were originally shipped with the tipi. Products returned to Seller that do not meet these requirements but that are nevertheless accepted by Seller in Seller's sole discretion may be subject to additional fees over and above the 25% restocking fee. Products returned to Seller that are mildewed, dirty, or stained will not be accepted by Seller and will be returned to the Purchaser at the Purchasers expense (as explained below) with no refund or credit issued.
